Round Rock Leather Goods Business Featured in International Magazine Grit Mercantile

ROUND ROCK, Texas - Grit Mercantile, a family-owned handmade leather goods business in Central Texas, has been featured in Leather Crafter's Journal for a podcast episode with "Beyond the Workbench." Amanda Willis, co-founder and maker at Grit Mercantile, will teach a merchandising workshop at the annual Heart of Texas Leather Show on Aug. 5.

"The podcast episode and article helped us view our business with new clarity," Willis said. "Now, we better understand our strengths, differences, and how we can help others along the way."

Amanda and her husband, Garret, were the first couple to appear on the podcast. She met Odin Clack and Michael Magnus of 'Beyond the Workbench' podcast at Leather Crafter's Journal's Heart of Texas Leather Show. This year, Willis will join Clack, Magnus, and instructors from across the country for workshops held Aug. 4-8 at the Waco Convention Center in Waco, Texas.
