Return Policy
ELIGIBILITY
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out or you decide to go in a different direction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we would appreciate your feedback. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery of your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If an item is returned not in its original condition, a partial refund may be granted based on the condition of the item.
PROCESS
To begin a return, fill out our contact form, include your order number, and select "Return Request" from the drop-down menu. Submitting the form is not an acceptance of your return, but it does start the process. If the request meets our return criteria, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. We do not refund shipping charges from the original order (if applicable). You will be responsible for any return shipping costs back to us.
APPROVAL/REJECTION
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you 1) that we have received your returned item along with 2) an approval or rejection of your return request. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back to us, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
NON-RETURNABLE
Digital patterns, closeout, personalized, and custom items cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns for gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow our return process. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
If your return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If an item is returned not in its original condition, a partial refund may be granted based on the condition of the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
