OUR GUARANTEE
We are blessed and grateful for your support of our small business. We value and appreciate our customers. We guarantee our leather goods against any defects in workmanship and hardware for the life of that product under normal use. Our limited lifetime warranty does not extend to charges related to shipping, customs fees, etc.

GETTING IT FIXED
As long as you are the original owner and the product is maintained properly, we will do our best to address any concerns you may have. If you have a warranty request, please reach out to us at info@gritmercantile.com. We will review your request, and if we can fix/repair your item, we will. If your item is not reparable, we will replace it.

RETIRED PRODUCTS
Over time, the color and style of our leather goods might change. Some of the items we make are a one-of-one. We may no longer carry the color or type of leather we used for the item you purchased. If this is case, we will work with you to find a comparable replacement.
