You can find our leather goods at the following locations in Central Texas: The Merc, Hometown Gift and Decor, and Letterpress Play and Books.
At Grit Mercantile, we name our products to honor ancestors, family and friends who have displayed true grit in their lives.
Did you know that leather is a by-product of the meat industry? We thoughtfully select leather hides from some of the best tanneries and handcraft it into heirloom pieces. Supporting real leather goods is a true trash-to-treasure story.
As a family-based handmade leather goods business, learn about us, why we started, our mission and values, and where we are now.
